Job Description

Schneider Electric is looking for an HR Consultant to provide support through consultative and execution of Human Resources activities in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

Provide coaching on employee relations and recommendations on preventative measures
Resolve conflict resolutions and manage emergency situations
Consult with leadership on performance management and training needs
Lead leadership training and development needs
Consult on job offers and employee engagement strategies
Ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business with HR focus
Minimum 3 years' experience in HR with a focus on employee relations
Certification preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP
Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
