Job Description

Schneider Electric is seeking a Human Resources Manager (HRM) for their Athen, TX Distribution Center. This role involves leading HR processes such as total rewards, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and more.

Responsibilities

Act as a business advisor, coaching local leadership teams on people matters
Facilitate HR processes in partnership with DC leadership
Manage HR operational tasks and facilitate people processes
Drive implementation of project initiatives to achieve strategic goals
Define talent strategy and lead learning initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing or distribution center
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and digital systems
