Job Description

As a Recruiting Manager in Finance & Accounting, you will be responsible for developing and expanding a client base, recruiting, evaluating, and placing professionals in full-time positions, providing outstanding customer service, and participating in industry trade associations.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow client base and new business opportunities

Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals

Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates

Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates

Participate in industry trade associations to increase presence within the local community

Qualifications

Business related degree, ideally in finance or accounting

CPA and/or MBA a plus

2+ years of experience in public/industry accounting/finance or successful recruiting experience required

Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and high sense of urgency

Leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow business
