Responsibilities

Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve system outages
Emergency coax restoration
Underground cable maintenance
Splicing and leakage detection
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a telecom technician
Maintain a satisfactory driving record and possess a valid driver's license
Customer service, communication, and basic computer skills
Ability to read and interpret maps
High school diploma or equivalent
