Source candidates via various channels

Track metrics and analyze effectiveness
Manage pre-employment activities

Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS
Ability to balance multiple priorities
