Job Description

Administer, enhance, and support HR systems, focusing on UKG / Kronos applications. Serve as the technical point of contact for system maintenance and configuration to ensure data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Support and manage time clock infrastructure
Design and implement complex accrual rules and attendance point systems
Develop and maintain attendance policies and warning templates
Design and implement standard operating procedures for HR Technology team

Qualifications

Experience configuring and managing complex accrual calculations and rules
Knowledge of UKG / Kronos applications
Strong technical and analytical skills
