TownTasks is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and lead a team of associates to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. Ideal candidates will have a passion for driving success and continuous improvement.
Oversee daily warehouse workflow, schedule staff, ensure safety protocols are followed, recruit and train new employees, collaborate with other departments, complete management reports, execute maintenance activities, research and present improvement ideas, attend meetings, resolve discrepancies, ensure safety compliance.
Excellent communication skills, strong supervisory and interpersonal skills, understanding of warehouse policies and safety procedures, high school diploma required, associate degree preferred, 7+ years of warehouse experience, 2-5 years of supervisory experience, electrical supply distribution experience preferred, familiarity with Epicor Eclipse ERP System a plus.
