Job Description

Join TJ Maxx as a Customer Experience Coordinator responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, overseeing a team of Associates, and ensuring the store's front end operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Promote a positive customer experience
Lead and mentor Associates on front end principles
Train Associates on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs
Address customer concerns promptly
Ensure store tasks are executed according to plan
Provide constructive feedback to Associates
Support store shrink reduction goals
Promote safety awareness

Qualifications

Available to work flexible schedule
Strong communication and organizational skills
1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience
