Job Description

Join Walker & Dunlop, a leading provider of capital to the commercial real estate industry, as a Senior Capital Markets Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for financial analysis, material preparation, and market research to support the financing of commercial real estate assets across various markets.

Responsibilities

Write, prepare, and assemble Financing and Investment Offering Memorandums
Create and maintain financial models
Review and prepare real estate due diligence items
Perform market research
Coordinate closing process
Work Monday to Friday in office

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or real estate
2+ years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Banking
Proficient in financial modeling and Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations
