Americor is looking for a Customer Service Loyalty Specialist to join our team. The role involves retaining clients who are considering canceling their services by providing exceptional customer service and reselling the program benefits.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Customer Service and Sales experience preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of call center policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • High-level active listening skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
