Job Description

The California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, event coordination, and assistance to the policy manager at CCAH.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Executive Director including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and organization of correspondence.

Assist in planning and executing CCAH's major events and conferences, manage event logistics, and liaise with stakeholders for successful execution.

Support policy manager in coordinating data-driven reports, educational materials, and advocacy events.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Passion for affordable housing or nonprofit work is a plus.
