Job Description

Almac Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for our Durham, NC location. The role involves verifying and packing clinical site orders for shipment.

Responsibilities

Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness, and compliance
Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material
Pack customer orders according to specific protocols
Generate UPS and FedEx shipping labels
Pick distribution orders

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
Preferred: Experience in clinical trials, pharma, biotech, or regulated industries
Shipping experience
ERP system knowledge
