Job Description

LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead for the optical lab in our Durham location. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing key optical processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers
Manage key optical and lab processes to achieve exceptional results
Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions accurately
Train and support associates in foundational product and store processes
Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED
Strong optical and retail experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise
