Job Description

Join our team at CrossAmerica Partners as a Team Member in our convenience stores. We are looking for motivated individuals who are customer-oriented and enjoy providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude
Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
Promote and recommend store products to customers
Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions accurately
Restock shelves, clean and sanitize the store
Assist in inventory control and report low stock levels
Monitor store for security issues and theft
Follow directions from store managers and supervisors

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
