Job Description

CrossAmerica Partners is seeking motivated Team Members to provide excellent customer service and maintain store operations in our convenience stores across 34 states.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
Promote and recommend store products to customers.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Restock shelves, clean and sanitize the store.
Assist with inventory control and security monitoring.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
Ability to work flexible hours.
