The Store Shift Lead oversees and manages the daily operations of the convenience store during assigned shifts. This role requires strong leadership skills, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient store environment.
Lead and supervise store associates during shifts, ensure tasks are completed efficiently, train new employees, provide exceptional customer service, manage inventory, handle cash, and maintain store cleanliness.
High school diploma or equivalent required, 1-2 years of retail experience with some supervisory experience preferred. Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and customer service.
