Job Description

Granatelli Motor Sports is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse & Production Assembly team member to join our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, enjoys working with automotive components, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble performance automotive components with precision and attention to detail.
Follow production guidelines and safety protocols to ensure high-quality standards.
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment efficiently and accurately.
Assist with inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and tracking parts and materials.
Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of all products.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed for assembly and production.
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Work quickly and efficiently when meeting shipping deadlines and production goals.

Qualifications

Must be a hard worker with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs easily; heavy lifting is required from time to time.
Must be able to work quickly and efficiently when a shipping goal is set.
Previous experience in warehouse operations, production assembly, or manufacturing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools are a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as needed.
Experience in the automotive or motorsports industry is a plus but not required.
