The Public Outreach Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical teams and homeowners. Completing administrative tasks, attending homeowner briefings, and assisting homeowners with understanding the program, filling out paperwork, and product selection.
Answering calls from homeowners, forwarding participant questions to project managers, scheduling home inventory appointments, preparing participant master lists, attending homeowner briefings, and more.
Experience in public outreach, customer service, or related field. Strong communication and computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and database software.
