Job Description

OEConnection is seeking a Senior HR Generalist specializing in Total Rewards to administer benefit programs, performance-based incentive plans, and leave of absences for the USA and Canada. This role will be remote within the Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities

Administer benefit programs for USA and Canada
Manage leaves of absences
Lead annual open enrollment process
Design and implement wellness programs
Prepare employee communications
Stay current on market trends and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
6+ years of experience in benefits and leave programs
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
