People Leader
Create a positive work environment, evaluate each associate using performance tools, and drive individual growth. Recruit, train, and develop team members as needed.
Operations Leader
Ensure all procedures are executed correctly, oversee inventory processes, prioritize tasks effectively, and plan ahead for future business needs.
Business Partner
Collaborate with store leader and cross-functional partners to support organizational goals. Communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
5-7 years of luxury retail experience or related industry required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, independent work ethic, and computer skills are a plus.
