Responsibilities

Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency
Perform warehouse functions like loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members
Inspire and guide team towards improved KPIs
Provide orientation and necessary tools for employees
Promote health and safety working methods
Deal with daily warehouse paperwork
Complete reports and propose action plans for operations enhancement
Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred
1+ year previous experience as Team Lead preferred
1+ year Microsoft Office experience preferred
1+ year previous warehouse experience preferred
Knowledge and experience with an RF scanner required
Valid forklift operator's license certified
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Maintains composure under pressure
Experience with an RF scanner advanced required
