Job Description

Join Ryder as a Warehouse Team Lead for night shift in Lancaster, PA. Pay is weekly with additional shift differentials.

Responsibilities

Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members.
Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assist in providing orientation for employees and promoting health and safety working methods.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
1+ year previous experience as Team Lead preferred.
1+ year Microsoft Office experience preferred.
1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
Knowledge and experience with an RF scanner advanced required.
Valid forklift operator's license certified.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective leadership skills.
