Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Allocate resources, organize daily work duties, and inspire team members towards improved KPIs.
Assist in providing appropriate orientation for employees and promoting health and safety working methods.
Deal with day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment and complete and submit daily reports.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year powered industrial truck experience
1+ year previous experience as Team Lead
1+ year Microsoft Office experience
1+ year warehouse experience
RF scanner knowledge/experience required
Valid forklift operator's license
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
