Job Description

Join Ryder as a Warehouse Inventory Team Lead in a state-of-the-art warehouse environment handling bottled water products.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement efforts for operational efficiency
Perform various warehouse functions
Allocate resources and organize daily work duties
Inspire and guide team members towards improved KPIs
Assist in employee orientation and promoting health and safety practices
Deal with day-to-day paperwork and submit reports

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year powered industrial truck experience
1+ year previous experience as Team Lead
1+ year Microsoft Office experience
1+ year previous warehouse experience
RF scanner knowledge required
Forklift operator's license
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
