Job Description

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate worker performance.
Prepare production or sales reports.
Act as a contact person for employee complaints or requests.
Act as a mentor and encourage worker advancement.
