Direct and oversee all aspects of the fabrication and manufacturing process to meet organizational objectives.

Develop long-term and short-term planning policies, programs, and objectives.
Establish and implement policies, procedures, and programs for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations.
Oversee work order process, quality adherence, processing, and materials management.
Execute strategies to improve production capability, quality, and costs.
Confirm customer production requirements and ensure they are met.
Contribute to the establishment and assessment of the organization's annual manufacturing budget.
Identify areas for improvement and prepare for audits.

Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or management related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project and/or construction management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project.
