Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks.
Assist customers with shopping needs and transactions.
Manage merchandising tasks and stock procedures.
Count and reconcile cash register drawers.
Prepare deposits and order change from the bank.
Inspect and rotate store inventory according to schedule.
Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Design and assign work schedules for an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
Previous supervisor experience preferred.
