Job Description

Builders is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their established team in Aurora, Colorado. This position involves accurately processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with team members and vendors for timely invoice processing.

Responsibilities

Monitor and process vendor invoices and credits
3 Way matching of stock and direct invoices
Accurately classify overhead invoices
Troubleshoot invoice, credit, and PO issues
Process invoices and credits in a timely manner

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting preferred
1-2 years of accounting experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
