Join Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a Private Equity Associate in the Infrastructure Investing Group. This role involves working on all stages of the deal lifecycle, from financial modeling to investment approval and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining financial models
Researching and assessing investment opportunities
Assisting in developing investment theses
Undertaking due diligence and coordinating with third-party advisors
Participating in investment approval process
Reviewing and analyzing investment opportunities
Structuring, negotiating, and documenting investments
Interacting with executives and industry experts
Building relationships with management teams and partners
Monitoring investments and supporting portfolio companies

Qualifications

3-4+ years experience in investment banking and private equity
Bachelor's degree required
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different industries
