Responsibilities

Support the Firmwide Engineering zero-based budgeting process
Define prioritization and accelerate technology transformation
Develop a broad understanding of Engineering activities and business priorities
Create value with data-driven insights and cross-team collaboration
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology efficiencies and optimize processes

Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant work experience in strategy, business management, finance, or engineering
Global environment and matrixed organization experience
Proficiency in project or program management
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and proven track record of driving outcomes
