Join Crexi, a leading commercial real estate software company, as an Onboarding Specialist. Help clients navigate the platform and ensure a successful start to their Crexi experience.

Responsibilities

Act as main contact for clients during onboarding
Master the Crexi platform to provide customized onboarding experiences
Consult with clients on improving searchability and performance
Identify and pitch upsell opportunities
Collaborate with various teams for client support
Resell clients on the platform as needed

Qualifications

1-2 years of onboarding, account management, or sales experience
Self-starter with ownership of success metrics
Excellent communication skills
Flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Comfortable with upselling and reselling
