Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by providing exceptional customer support
Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers
Show clients the value of Yelp through ad performance metrics
Handle escalated clients and resolve conflicts
Adapt product recommendations to suit client needs
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Achieve monthly goals consistently
Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of client-facing experience
Proficient with computers and information systems
Strong communication skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Experience in account management, sales, or advertising preferred
Passion for local businesses and their importance
Excellent time management and organizational skills
