Job Description

Join Yelp's Customer Success team as an Inbound Retention Specialist providing exceptional support to small business advertisers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely customer support to retain revenue
  • Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers
  • Show clients value through ad performance metrics
  • Handle escalated clients with strong conflict resolution skills
  • Become an expert in Yelp's advertising solutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Achieve/exceed monthly goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of client facing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in account management, sales, or advertising preferred
  • Passion for local businesses and economies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
