Job Description

The Rolex Boutique Manager will lead the Rolex business within the location, delivering exceptional service and driving sales. Must have a passion for watches and luxury retail.

Responsibilities

Partner with Store Director and HQ merchandising
Lead and develop a team of Client Advisors
Manage inventory and brand representatives
Initiate in-store activations
Utilize CRM system to develop client relationships
Communicate sales objectives and targets
Recruit and develop top talent
Monitor store security and operations

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in luxury retail sales
Flexible schedule
Fluency in a foreign language a plus
Proven sales achievement in luxury brands
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Proactive and results-driven
