Responsibilities

Provide support to walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions. Manage customer accounts, process orders, and address order issues.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of call center or customer service experience. Knowledge of the textile industry preferred. Bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
