Responsibilities

Safely repair pallets meeting company standards
Operate tools like hammer, pry bar, nail gun, grinder, and saw
Manually lift and move pallets
Maintain clean work area
Follow safety protocols

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
0-1 year in carpentry or construction preferred
Basic math skills
Ability to operate power tools safely
Capable of lifting 75 lbs
Stand and walk for extended periods
