Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as the Director of Strategic Indirect Sourcing. We are dedicated to building the first nationwide home remodeling brand and are looking for individuals who are committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing projects from inception to implementation including strategic planning, negotiation, and contracting in indirect spend categories
Responsible for indirect sourcing in various categories such as MRO, Corporate Services, and Fleet
Develop sourcing strategies and procedures to deliver optimal value to the organization
Collaborate with key stakeholders and oversee the Strategic Sourcing team
Perform contract management and maintenance including amendments, extension of terms, and product additions and removals

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management or negotiations
Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and purchasing for indirect categories
Financially oriented, team-player with exceptional analytical and strategic abilities
High degree of ethics and integrity
