Job Description

Starr Insurance Companies is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-year projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

Determine project scope and objectives
Lead project planning and execution
Manage tasks across cross-functional teams
Develop project plans and manage resources
Provide project status updates and risk management
Act as primary liaison for stakeholders
Identify and escalate issues to key decision makers
Monitor deliverables, resources, and budget
Conduct after-action reviews

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree
5+ years of project management experience
Experience in financial services or insurance industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of insurance, data analysis, and compliance
Project management certification required
