Design and execute strategies for employees and partners to attract, retain, and motivate talent
Lead annual compensation and performance planning processes
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards
Minimum seven years of compensation experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
Proven ability to design and manage complex compensation programs
