Job Description

KPMG is seeking a Managing Director to join our Total Rewards organization as the new Compensation and Performance Leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation programs aligned with strategic goals, as well as overseeing performance development and recognition programs.

Responsibilities

Design and execute strategies for employees and partners to attract, retain, and motivate talent

Lead annual compensation and performance planning processes

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications

Minimum seven years of compensation experience

Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration

Proven ability to design and manage complex compensation programs
