Job Description

Foxx Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead project teams in implementing standard processes for change management, risk management, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Management, project management certification, and up to 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Guarantee project completion within budget and timeline
Lead project team in applying standard processes
Interact with clients to ensure project needs are met
Collaborate with leadership team on strategic plans
Manage project schedule and report variances
Provide leadership through all project phases
Ensure effective project closure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
Project management certification
Up to 5 years experience in project management
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office applications
Experience in healthcare construction project management
OSHA 30 certification
