Manage small to medium accounts through the customer lifecycle, collaborate with internal teams, lead customer escalations, collect feedback, conduct training sessions, analyze data, and drive product adoption.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, 2-5 years of experience in customer success, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, CRM knowledge, and public speaking skills.
