Responsibilities

Promote excellent customer experience
Lead a team of Associates for front end operations
Train and coach Associates on customer service and loyalty programs
Assign registers and support POS coverage
Address customer concerns promptly
Ensure adherence to store plan and policies
Support store shrink reduction goals

Qualifications

1 year retail experience
6 months of leadership experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexible schedule availability
