Join Frost as a Staff Engineer - Data Warehouse and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top quality systems. This role involves overseeing the development lifecycle for a team of software engineers and ensuring all systems meet development standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire development lifecycle for a team of Data Engineers and software engineers with assigned programs and systems
Review coding for a group of Data Engineers and software engineers to ensure alignment with business needs, change control procedures, and Frost development standards
Collaborate with and provide technical advice to various teams to estimate level-of-effort, timing, and feasibility, design new systems based on business requirements, and optimize system functionality
Take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in a Teradata RDBMS environment
Knowledge of system monitoring, maintenance, and creating databases in a Teradata environment
Experience leading a team and staying updated on emerging market trends
Strong understanding of Data warehouse/Data platform concepts and working with Agile teams
Experience enabling automation and data literacy for user community
