Job Description

The Asset Protection Agent (APA) at WSS is responsible for ensuring the safety of customers and associates, as well as protecting company assets.

Responsibilities

Monitor sales floor for suspicious behavior
Handle emergency incidents
Notify APAM of theft incidents
Assist with customer service
Educate store associates on safety

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
High School or GED equivalent
Previous security or retail experience a plus
