Job Description

Assistant General Managers collaborate with General Managers to oversee all operations and the overall financial wellbeing of the bakery. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving instincts, decision-making skills, and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

Support General Managers in managing COGS, ordering practices, and inventories
Manage day-to-day operations, including schedules, payroll, and equipment maintenance
Coach, develop, and train team members
Cultivate an inclusive culture and positive work environment
Support in liaising with other departments for larger initiatives and projects

Qualifications

2-5 years of food service, QSR, or retail experience
Open availability, ability to work varied shifts
Ability to lift/push 25-50 pounds and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
Basic computer skills and DOH Certification
