Job Description

Assistant General Managers collaborate with General Managers to oversee all operations and the overall financial wellbeing of the bakery. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving instincts, decision-making skills, and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

  • Support General Managers in managing COGS, ordering practices, and inventories
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including schedules, payroll, and equipment maintenance
  • Coach, develop, and train team members
  • Cultivate an inclusive culture and positive work environment
  • Support in liaising with other departments for larger initiatives and projects

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of food service, QSR, or retail experience
  • Open availability, ability to work varied shifts
  • Ability to lift/push 25-50 pounds and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
  • Basic computer skills and DOH Certification
