Job Description

Levain Bakery is seeking a Shift Lead for our Rittenhouse location in Philadelphia. The Shift Lead will collaborate with General Managers and Assistant General Managers to oversee shifts and supervise team members.

Responsibilities

Supervise team members and maintain a presence on the floor
Coach and develop team members
Support bakery management with administrative and financial tasks
Model exceptional customer service
Work efficiently and ensure food and safety standards are met

Qualifications

Prior customer service, retail, and/or food and beverage experience required
Food Handler?s/Food Protection License required
Passion for motivating and leading a team
Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments
Eye for detail and collaborative spirit
