Respond promptly to customer inquiries, take ownership of issues, assist prospective customers, proactively engage with users, collaborate cross-functionally, collect feedback, and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred, 1-2 years of Customer Service experience, basic Microsoft Office skills, strong communication skills, positive attitude, ability to work independently.
