Job Description

Join Snap! Mobile as a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent assistance to users of our SaaS platform. Work remotely within US hours and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, take ownership of issues, assist prospective customers, proactively engage with users, collaborate cross-functionally, collect feedback, and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred, 1-2 years of Customer Service experience, basic Microsoft Office skills, strong communication skills, positive attitude, ability to work independently.
