Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as a ChildWatch Lead, responsible for supervising a fun and safe atmosphere in our Child Watch area for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old.

Responsibilities

Nurture children through purposeful activities
Plan, lead, and participate in activities
Assist with lesson planning and implementation
Supervise staff and ensure job duties are performed
Follow policies to maintain safety and secure environment
Communicate effectively with members and participants
Maintain program site and equipment

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Certified in CPR and First Aid
Pass background checks and drug screen
