Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CSS's future-state vision and long-term roadmap.
  • Guide CSS Leadership in defining annual business outcomes.
  • Deeply engage with operational and business teams to uncover challenges and opportunities.
  • Define accountabilities and engagement models for execution.
  • Assess initiatives to ensure they deliver expected outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 8+ years experience in business planning or related roles.
  • 2+ years of experience with customer support.
  • Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop structured roadmaps.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
