Job Description

Join Ralph's as an E-Commerce Department Lead and help manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.

Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
  • Train staff on selector and customer attendant roles
  • Assist with scheduling and equipment troubleshooting
  • Maintain supplies, organization, and cleanliness
